The Skinny: The Rio Natsume DVD Freedom had left the Amazon warehouse in Ishikawa, Chiba, Japan on this past Monday morning. It passed through United States customs in Anchorage, Alaska on Monday night before making its way to the east coast. While the world seems to be getting smaller given the rapidity of the international delivery, there’s no such thing as smaller if you’re talking about Rio Natsume. If anything, she’s even more busty than you may remember.
On Tuesday night, fresh off the Fedex truck or should I say right out the DVD box, Rio and her twins seemingly explode onto your tv. The montage is one of the best ever.
The opening stanza has Rio on a bike pedaling through some coastal area in Okinawa. She wears a bikini and looks very capable on the bike. The bad news is that they asked her to ride this bicycle on a rutted dirt road, so you’re constantly aware of the road’s poor surface as you can literally see the vibrations flow right up her arms. The good news is that these vibes cause some serious jiggling, if you know what I mean. They can’t do too much with her in motion, after all, she has to pedal and steer the bike, so the scene ends with Rio pedaling off to the left, as we, in a truck, or a van, go off to the right.
The second chapter finds Rio wearing some sort of lacy see-through over a bikini. She is taking an outdoor shower. It probably reads a little better than it actually plays. But still, watching Rio in a brief costume can’t be bad. At the scene intro big tropical plants make up the background. Which is fine. But when the closeup provides us with an instiguishable background the scene loses some zest.
Out in the country is next. Rio wanders into the scene wearing brief bikini panties,and a blue knit top which intentionally reveals the bottoms of her breasts. We can see that an additional lining has been applied inside the knit top providing an additonal layer of ‘coverage’ over Rio’s nipples.
Why is this necessary? Heaven forbid that we see even the slightest hint of a protuberance by said nipples. But Rio has no hesitancy to undo the top revealing a vast cleavage. By scene’s end she will have removed the top and she’ll hold it against her boobs. Don’t hold your breath expecting some slippage revealing even more. It won’t happen.
The next scene might be considered, after all is said and done, Rio Natsume’s single scene best EVER! She’s not nude, she’s not in tiny bikini. Rio wears an extremely short black dress. The entire scene is out of doors and the location is your basic “out behind the barn” type of location. Rio will walk about and climb partially up a step ladder leaning against the building.
But what a sight! The dress is very revealing in two ways - while it completely covers her huge bust, it is snug fitting and displays the size and weight of those impressive orbs. The other part of Rio is her ‘never really shown this way before’ butt. Now, finally, we have reached a point in time where we can no longer just think of Rio as a small woman with big boobs.
Her butt is just simply sensational.
A throw-away scene is next. Rio is in a skimpy nightie and is leaping about on a small trampoline. While you do get some nice views while she is continually in a bounce mode - the scene is shot before a large window so we have two problems - constant motion and a tough lighting environment.
Eventually Rio is re-positioned to be reclining on a sofa. Her skin is pale, the natural lighting is overpowering, and the scene comes off as washed out.
The next scene has Rio in fishnet stockings, garter belt, panties, and a deeply cut corsalette. You can see all of the shape of her bust when they show you the side view. If its not the side view it will be a supreme cleavage shot.
While Rio looks sexy and alluring, again I didn’t care for the overly white background.While the director will point his camera at Rio’s lush breasts for most of the scene, you will still come away thinking how superb her figure looks these days.
Out on the lawn with an soccer-style beach ball and a garden hose is the agenda in the next chapter. Rio wears a bikini and has her hair pulled back away from her face. While this particular bikini shows off her bust magnificently, I think Rio looks far better with her hair down. I also thought that having Rio speaking to us throughout this scene was a wrong idea.
A bath scene is next/ It is flawed to a degree, as for moments a time we see only Rio’s head and feet. Or the director will choose to pan acroos the length of her body. However the scene is again too bright. When you add up the sum of white skin, soap bubbles, and white walls, multiplied by closeups - your experience is that of too many wasted shots where yoiu have to work hard to locate or identify the subject of the shot.
The next scene has Rio rolling around in a bed. She’s barely covered by the small bra and panties. Also an over reliance on the closeups mars this scene. Rio does unhook the bra, and then struggles to hold it to cover her boobs.
Outdoors is next. Rio wears an exciting costume that would be fine at the start of a night of passion, rtaher than a water gun fight which is what we see. Again the direction mistakenly goes for too many closeups. Eventually they discard the water guns, and we now have Rio posing. There some blue skies here and there, and Rio’s boobs are given plenty of screen time.
Next we have a scene in the swimming pool. Rio is asked to play with a beach ball with a watermelon design to it. While it is not a visual pun that we didn’t need - the action eventually has Rio using her boobs to push the watermelon around the pool. Then they use a clear blue see-through float in the shape of a whale. A cute scene, but really this scene should have had some time out of the pool. It was really a good time time showcase a revealing bikini.
We get plenty of revealing shots in the next scene. Rio wears some sort of a white beach costume which admittedly could not be worn into the water if Rio intended to swim. She does go into the water, but only in a very safe mode. And this is the last scene of the main chapters.
There’s a preview of the companion DVD, Love Affair, as well as a bonus section of some behind the scenes footage. But the extras don’t really enhance yor viewing experience this time, other than to get you to think of buying the companion DVD.
Summary: This is a wonderful DVD for lovers of big breasts. And if you’ve liked Rio Natsume - then I must recommend this DVD. If you’ve never seen her before than by all means get this DVD. However I must say that despite being a showcase for the Natsume bosom, and for sure, there is plenty to see in that department - this DVD is not without some flaws.
Lighting is a problem often, and an over-concentration of close-ups is another issue. Because of these, I’ll keep the score no higher than four point two five. But as this double release was the first we’ve seen of Rio in 10 months, we are very happy for the opportunity. And Rio has never looked better. Let me say that again - Rio has never looked better!!!!!!!
